  1. The original receipt is needed for product exchange within 7 days after purchase.

Online customer

  1. The receipt/invoice reference of the product is needed for product exchange within 7days upon receiving the product.
  2. Products can be exchanged if there is a manufacturing fault.
  3. Products can be exchanged provided that the products are in new and original condition.
  4. The term “Online customer”, refer to the customer on elitaco.com.
  5. Elitaco Sdn Bhd reserves the right to the final decision.
