All delivery services are provided by third party service providers. The selected courier of buyer’s choice will deliver items to you on behalf of Elitaco. Please ensure that you provide us with accurate and sufficient information such as notify part’s home address and contact number so that the carrier can deliver to your doorstep. Shipping costs or delivery fees may vary by city, state or country. It is your responsibility to examine the items upon delivery, please check the condition of packaging and ensure that the correct number of packages has been delivered to you and you will be asked to sign the proof of delivery to confirm this. If there are any issues, you should not sign the proof of delivery.
Tracking Your Order
You may track your parcel by using the tracking number provided at the website of the courier of buyer’s choice to know the estimated shipping time. The estimated shipment or delivery date is based on product availability, payment processing time, warehouse processing time and transit time. If you are urged to use the product, please purchase it from our physical store. If you are outside of the delivery area, please contact us to arrange redelivery.
You are required to pay a deposit of at least 30% based on the total order value or other agreement made with the salesperson. The deposit is NOT refundable and not redeemable in any other form. The balance should be paid within 25days once the buyer has been informed that the order is ready to be delivered. The Products or Services will be deposed, repurposed or resold if a failure of payment occurs within the time frame (25days).
