Full Inset

An inset concealed hinge is visually very different than both of these above. It has a large crank in the arm, which allows the cabinet door to be set inside. The cabinet frame shows the outer edge of the cabinet fully. It’s usually seen on traditional solid wood furniture, as they nicely expose the wooden frame around the cabinet door. This type of hinge can be also used with glass cabinet doors.
